The Amendment Gazette is dedicated to the truth that:
- Corporations, non-profits, unions, super PACs and all other artificial entities, foreign and domestic, are not people and should not have constitutional rights that are used to undermine public policy and the political process.
- Spending money is not a form of speech and should not have First Amendment protection that prevents we the people from limiting the influence of big money donors in the political process.
- The U.S. Congress and the state legislatures are constitutionally empowered to regulate the time, place and manner of elections, including non-content regulations on the amount of money that can be spent by campaigns and outside special interests to amplify messages that influence election outcomes.
